First, we test EVERY tablet for problems before they ship. Chinese factory QC (quality control) is near nonexistent. In a competitive market where price is boss, a full-blown quality control department is considered a wasted expense.
The factories figure that if the customer finds a problem with the tablet, he can simply return it for free repair. That's a little hard for you to do when the cost of shipping a tablet back to China is worth as much as the tablet!
We understand that any potential problem must be discovered BEFORE the tablet gets shipped to you.
We have a full checklist that we run through on each and every tablet before we put our name on it. I will boldly say that NOBODY tests their tablets as well as us before they ship them. We test over a dozen functions, including WIFI, browser, Bluetooth, screen, battery, case, etc.
If we aren't 100% satisfied with the results, that tablet gets returned for a new one. The chance of you receiving a broken or misbehaving unit is very, very low... much lower than any of the others.
We don't want to scare you, but we see how a lot of these low-cost "suppliers" operate. They go to the markets, buy your tablets, and throw them into a big box and ship right away without even turning them on, let alone testing all the other functions.
Why? Because they don't have time to test them. They operate on volume. In order to make any money they fill as many orders as possible — they sell as many as they can, and as fast as they can. That leaves no time or money for checking. Just buy them and ship them is they way they work.
Will they ship repaired items back to you for free? We are a Western company with a Western sales staff... we know how to do business Western style, and we stand behind our products and service!
