Accepted Payment Methods

 Visa and Mastercard are accepted through PAYPAL.
Personal checks will be accepted with 5-7 working day holding period
 ( for the check to clear ).
A Century representative will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to verify order information received on our order form.

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Any orders placed after normal business hours will be considered received the next business day. We offer economical USPS parcel post or UPS ground Delivery.
Shipping charges are based on weight of item and distance from mailing place. If you require that your package be delivered the very next day, or special delivery, please contact our sales dept and a sales representative will make special handling accommodations to ensure that you receive your package in the time frame you requested. Please note that there is extra shipping charges for special delivery
PHONECARDS:
We will E-mail pin numbers when payments is confirmed. E-mailing pin number is not instant. We need to verify information first, then e-mail pin number. We do not e-mail pin numbers for large orders.For large orders, shipping charges apply.


Order Cancellations

At present, we do not allow email cancellations. If you must cancel an order for any reason, please call our Customer Service Dept. for assistance at:

. A service representative will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel the order for you. In the event that you have ordered "special order" items, you may be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it is has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our Returns for Credit Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return  please contact our customer service dept  at:

A return is only available within 7 days of receipt of your package.  In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. 

Returns for Exchange

We allow returns for exchange within 7 days from receipt of your package. There is no restocking fee on returns for exchange. Please contact our customer service department at: 1-305-588-9659 . You may also Email us but please do not send back the package until a representative has contacted you. Be sure to properly package your return so that it is not damaged in return transit to us. Customers are also responsible to insure their package and ship it using a respectable carrier with a tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer, not Century.

Returns for Credit

We allow returns for credit within 7 days from receipt of your package. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns for credit and shipping and handling is not refundable. Certain "special order" items may not be returned. The sales representative will notify you in writing in the event that an item is non-refundable. Additionally, items where the warranty cards are filled out are not refundable. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing your return and issuing a credit. You may also Email us  but please do not send back the package until a representative has contacted you. Be sure to properly package your return so that it is not damaged in return transit to us. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit or imposing a higher restocking fee if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would include if the box is opened, the product is damaged, or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label. Customers are also responsible to insure their package and ship it using a respectable carrier with a tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer, not Century.

Damaged Shipments

In the event that you receive a shipment that appears to have been damaged or abused in transit, contact our customer service department immediately. In some cases, a damage claim will be initiated with UPS or USPS, while in other cases, we will ask you to return the merchandise to us so that we may reship you another package. Not all cases are created equal so we urge you to contact our service dept as soon as possible so that they may handle the case in the most expedient fashion.

Defective Merchandise

In many cases, we will accept exchanges for defective merchandise within 7 days with no restocking fees. Certain merchandise is not valid for exchange because our distributor may not allow for defective merchandise to be returned. Since all items sold are guaranteed by their manufacturer, these select items will require you to send the merchandise back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. As always, please contact customer service for a speedy resolution.
